Unfair as it can be

Not a moment goes by,

When I don’t think about them

I choose to think it’s all imaginary

But then I feel the verisimilitude,

Of their suffering

Of their cries

And then I think of Gandhi

Reminisce about his words

I say to myself  “oh how the times have changed” 

And how “salvation”has become suffering...
